Nine Knot Spell 1

Sit and chant (this can be any verse or mantra you feel comfortable with) while holding the cord in hand. As the power starts to build, pause from time to time to tie a knot in your cord.

The first knot is tied at one end, with the words

"By knot of one this spell's begun."

Then go back to chanting until you feel it is time to tie another knot This is tied in the opposite end with the words: "By knot of two, it cometh true."

Then back to the chanting. As you chant, picture what you want and take aim.

So it goes, chanting and picturing then tying a knot.

As the power builds, more knots are tied until there are nine knots in the cord.

They are tied in a particular pattern and with appropriate words.

At the tying of the last (ninth) knot, all the energy is directed into the cord and its knots, with a final visualization of the object of the work. The power has been raised and is now "stored" in these knots in the cord. When you feel the spell has done its work, release the knots one at a time for nine consecutive days. They must be released in the same order in which they were tied, NOT the reverse order.

Nine Knot Spell 2

You need: string, cord or yarn (13 inches), incense of choice, and 2 candles of appropriate color.

Cord magick requires you to charge each knot with your energy, and can be used for any situation you need. For example, healing, keep the cord with you till the spell is complete. For negativity, bury the cord or put it away after the completion of the spell.

In a quiet place, light 2 candles of appropriate color and incense. Place the cord (13 inches) in the middle of the candles, tie the knots as follows:

Relax, and make the sign of the pentacle and say:

Gracious Lady

I ask that you bless this cord

As I perform this rite.

Knot Spell

To rid yourself of problems or a troublesome situation.
Take cotton yarn in the appropriate color of the problem (green for money, red for love, etc) and pour out your fears and problems in to the yarn.
Tie it up in knots to symbolize how "tied-up" you feel.
Take it outside and let the wind blow it away along ...with your negativity.
Go back inside and take a ritual bath or shower cleansing.

You will need
Half a meter off black ribbon
A cauldren or dish
A lighter
Self igniting charcoal
Tspn of dried sage
Tea light candle and holder
Cast your circle as normal
Visualise your life free of stress worries etc
Take the ribbon and tie 3 knots saying the appropriate line as you go
By knot one stress has gone
by knot two worries are few
by knot three peace will be
Light charcoal place in cauldren/dish and put dried sage in to realease its cleansing smoke
Hold ribbon over cauldren/dish till it catches light
drop into flame to banish your stress
Light candle and say
Into the void were stressonce reigned
The light of peace and joy remains
Allow candle to burn out and scatter ashes nxt day.
