Bliss Bath

You will need to gather:
1 Cup Epsom salts
1/2 Cup baking soda
1 Tablespoon dried lavender
1 teaspoon chamomile tea

Treat your own mind and body to some love magick with this wonderful bath of bliss. Begin by mixing up some 'bliss powder' the calming power of lavender and chamomile. Mix together all the gathered ingredients in a large bowl and let them stand for one hour. If you wish you can add a few drops of lavender, chamomile, or other essential oil. Then put everything into a jar with a lid. Draw a warm bath and add a few tablespoons of the 'Bliss Powder.' Soak in the bath while you relax your body and mind completely.
